Home, Condo, Tenant, or Landlord Claims

  • Policy number (If you don’t find it, don’t worry – we can still assist you)
  • Name of insured
  • Cause of a loss and what has been damage 
  • time and date the loss occurred (or when you first noticed the issue)
  • Advise us if a restoration company has been or will need to be arranged.

How to make a claim

Before you file your claim:

Auto, Motorcycle or Optional Auto Claims

Information you’ll need to provide before you submit your claim:

  • Plate number & Vehicle Descriptions (refer to your ICBC APV250 Registration Documents)
  • Name of Vehicle Owners and Drivers involved
  • Cause of a loss or damage
  • Date, time, and location of loss/accident
  • If there was another vehicle involved, any information you have on their vehicle type, licence plate or driver’s licence
  • Police File# if vehicle was stolen or other crime was involved
  • Be prepared to give a full statement of what happened

All ICBC Auto Claim are handled by ICBC. Please contact them directly

Family Insurance Auto Claims

If have your optional auto coverage through Family Insurance Solutions, You can report your claim directly to them

All Other Auto Claims
